Not much help and zero resistance when told considering another provider. Not much of a sales force, didn't even get a good bye.
Friendly helpful staff, but takes a long time.
Service was quick this time in. Usually there is a wait to get service. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Brought in my phone, it wasn't charging properly. After a short wait, a rep tried it on a different charger. It worked fine. She said bring in your old charger and we will replace it with a new one since it was under warranty. The next week I did just that. there was apparently nothing in the notes when I went and they couldn't find anything on it so they sent me on my way without anything. This is typical Verizon.
