Great location, lots of parking. Services is fast, so don't be scared off by the line... Orders are accurate and taste great! I would recommend ordering online ahead of time, so you can skip the line.
I don't know, maybe they are still trying to figure out what they are doing since they are new? We have been here three times now. We have been hoping for a Chipotle here since we moved to Ashland 15 years ago! But each time has been inconsistent. First time things were sold out and burnt. They just said sorry and moved on. The next time the order was incorrect. Once again, no fixing or compensation. This last time they were out of small tortillas and made one burrito the standard (expected) size then the second one was literally half the size. Even though they had the same order/ingredients. Hopefully this gets figured out. We usually love Chipotle. Oh, and the queso is actually disgusting.
I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Every single worker there is friendly every time I come in. My food is always great. I've never had a problem of any kind
Went to lunch there with a friend. Anyone that knows me knows that I like loud music right along with the next person but my first and last experience was horrible. You couldn't hear the person asking you what you wanted to order you had to practically scream for them to hear you and then you couldn't even talk when you sat down to eat. There was a little boy in there with his mom about 1 year old that had his hands over his ears, 2 little girls asking their mom if they could leave and 2 guys texting each other because you had to scream to hear the person sitting next to you. If I had ate my lunch before buying gift cards for my student workers I wouldn't have purchased them. I am taking my staff to lunch for Christmas and we were going to go there but after yesterday's experience we have chosen to go somewhere else. We would like to eat lunch and at least be able to talk but I don't see that being a possibility there. The lady working in the back had to scream twice to another worker they were out of sour cream because the music was so loud. Wake up people this is a restaurant not a bar people don't mind music but when they are sitting in there eating lunch they would like to at least be able to talk to each other. Glad I tried eating there before taking my entire staff there for their Christmas lunch. I have gone to other Chipotle restaurants many times and never had the experience that I had yesterday.
New location is convenient. Not a huge amount of seating, but enough. Same as all other Chipotles. Very clean and nice.
