Came home from work to find my AC was not working. Called for service and within one hour they came out and had the problem fixed. The tech had the part needed and was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to others.
Called in to Ashland Comfort Control to request to have a technician to take a look at my system because I could tell there was either a restriction in the duct work or a leak. Initial service call was prompt, I paid a service fee of $69 and $102 for 1 lb. of R22. The technician said he would have to come back with another tech to trace out the ductwork and that I would receive a call when an estimate for that work was complete. I waited the rest of the day (Tech left my home at 9am) and half of the next, then decided to call to see if the estimate was complete. I was told it was not ready and that I would have to wait for a call when I asked how long it would take. I got a return call about an hour later telling me that they don't know when they will have two techs available and I will most likely have to wait 2-4 weeks to get a call to schedule the service. I wish I hadn't paid the $69 service fee now, because I feel like they took my money, didn't address the problem, and won't schedule me an appointment to fix it.
Refused my business because my residence is a trailer. Despite assurance we could and would pay, receptionist became rude after asking about our home. Calling the better business bureau.
