My family moved using this company about 2 weeks ago. The owner came out and looked around our house and gave us an estimate. The office staff were friendly and so was the owner plus the cost was the most reasonable. However the day of the move was very uncomfortable and stressful. Two guys came with a truck. One of them was respectful and kind. The other man was rude and disrespectful. He would make rude comments about our house loud enough that we could hear them. He was upset that we had two dogs. They spent an hour trying to get a treadmill (which the owner had told us would be no problem to move) out from our basement. There was some miscommunication that led to them needing to make two trips to get our couch and love seat that they left behind. They were not thorough. There was a flat screen tv left in our bedroom and about one medium to large item or box left in every closet of our home. When the second truck met my husband at our old home to pick up the couch and love seat they went to the wrong house and after my husband had to track them down there was no apology for all of the wasted time we spent waiting. When my husband called the owner to complain about the one employees bad attitude and disrespectful nature he took 30 minutes off of the price and never apologized. We moved from home with less than 1,100 sq ft across town and it took them 7 hours to complete the move. We would not recommend this company to anybody looking for a smooth or less stressful move.
