I wouldn't even give this place a star. I worked for them and personally the only reason I loved my job is cause of my residents! That's the only good thing about that place. It's nasty, gross, and bugs are everywhere even in residents rooms. They are WAY understaffed and try to cover it up with excuses but yet want to keep firing staff, or staff are quiting due to director of nursing and administrator. They are both very rude people. Crystal Care center is the worst nursing home in Ashland and it's no wonder they have no staff because of how word gets out. Take your loved ones somewhere else!!!
Everytime I call a nurse is never available or can't be found. Also get conflicting stories. Was told the social worker was available and would be back the next day yet my aunt goes there 2 hrs later and she is there and claims to have been there all day. My dad was supposed to be taken to Cleveland for an appt and when I call they said he had been there and back already. When I asked " so he is back there already? She said "I think so" you think so or you know so??? Idk what changed since last time he was there 2 yrs ago but this place is ridiculously irresponsible!
The place is horrible. Nice aids, understaffed ,admin ladies are liers. Awful...
I have fought 3hrs for pain pills and all i here from the aids is i will say something to the nurse and i still don't hear anything from anyone. Nurse cant be found anywhere.
