Currently have a 2011 Expedition, only major issue have had with it was the computer didn't have correct information and the fan motor & controller went out, needing to be replaced and definitely need on Ohio. Just wish the repair would have been less expensive or been covered by Ford - should not have failed.
In general service has been great - Ron in service has been great, if there is a delay in service, he keeps me updated. I am in there every 5000 miles for oil changes.
Service was excellent. We were there for a recall on our Ford Focus and they did a great job!

The service center at Donnelly took great care of me. I bought a new "used" truck and they not only checked it over and changed the oil, they turned all four rotors and put on new pads. This is amazing to get great service like this. Highly recommend!
